US Farm Lease helps farmland owners and operators come together on farm leases. We offer a one-of-a-kind on-line offer/bid system that allows landowners to offer their farmland for rent and allows farm operators to bid on the lease of the farm ground. We also offer a FAIR Lease that has a base rent plus a "flex" rent based on market prices and yields. Our final product is called US Farm Records. This is an on-line database of all records pertaining to the farm. The landowner and tenant (or any other designated party) can add farm records to the site. These records may include; lease copies, yield reports, fertilizer and chemical application and reports, drainage maps, FSA records, soil testing records and annual operator reports. By keeping these records, the landowner can better "prove" the value of their farmland.
