I have been an investor in real estate in the North County area of San Diego since 2012. I began investing for myself and built a portfolio of several profitable residential real estate investments. I got my license as a Real Estate Agent because I felt most of the agents out there worked too slowly and were not investors themselves. They did not know exactly how to help me. I used my license to further my portfolio and this got the attention of my sphere of influence. This is how I began helping others to further their dreams of becoming real estate owners, especially real estate investors. Over the years I have educated myself in Real Estate through classes, hands-on experience, Biggerpockets, podcasts, and online platforms. This led to me creating a consulting business that consults mainly attorneys (and individuals) who need help with their client's real estate assets. This is usually dealing with troubled or distressed real estate assets held in trusts or if they want to acquire real estate assets for their client's trusts.
