Kelly got her start in RE investing when her and her husband purchased their first home, turned it into an owner-occupied duplex and were able to use that foundation to further expand their real estate portfolio to include 21 units. Kelly’s personal experience in expanding her own portfolio has provided her with first-hand experience and knowledge in funding and acquiring deals allowing her to effectively walk clients through the entire process of researching, analyzing, funding and closing on acquisitions. She’s used hard money, residential and commercial loans, seller notes, construction loans and a mixture of each to creatively make deals happen. In addition, Kelly and her husband owned a home energy auditing business. Being a BPI certified energy auditor she was able to assess homes and building envelopes then make recommendations to homeowners on how to make improvements that would save energy and make their homes more efficient. It is Kelly's personal knowledge and experience in many aspects of real estate including but not limited to single family buying and selling, rental properties, new construction, property management, building envelopes and business ownership that make her an ideal person to help you in your real estate endeavors. Kelly has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters twice, is a regular guest on the Real Estate Rockstars Podcast, currently serves as a Local Director for the Ithaca Board of Realtors and chair for the Technology and Social Media Committee and regularly volunteers in her community.

Robert Werkheiser and his wife of 21 years have called Nashville home since 2002, raising their four children and welcoming their first grandchild. Not only has the family grown since 2002, Nashville and the surrounding areas have also grown exponentially. Experiencing Nashville and raising school-age children through the real estate boom provided a unique front row seat to Nashville's dynamic changes. Robert is passionate about helping families navigate their housing needs because he understands the impact of these decisions. Prior to launching his career in real estate, Robert served in roles that were formative to him being the agent he is today. Retiring after 23 years of military service and carrying the Army values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage, Robert spent several years at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt Inpatient Pharmacy ending his time there in a Program Director role. Talk about attention to detail...consider the precision required to prepare medications for an infant weighed only in ounces! When transitioning to real estate, Robert spent his early years at Keller Williams and Re-Max then served as the Managing Broker at Black Lion Realty before joining his new home at Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty. Robert also holds the following designations; CRS, ABR, RENE, SRS in addition to holding his Broker license. When Robert is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, running, skating, volleyball, racquetball, growing in his faith, and connecting with friends. Jonathan epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jonathan grew up in the Midwest and developed his work ethic early in life; at the age of 12 he bought a newspaper route and quickly grew the customer base from 30 households to over 50. As a teenager he played a key part in his family’s real estate investment business doing renovations, property flips, and care taking. Jonathan went on to get his bachelors degree in Business Administration and started a leasing and property management company while in school to help him pay for his education. Jonathan moved to Park City to enjoy everything that the mountains had to offer. When Jonathan isn’t writing contracts and showing homes, he loves to explore Utah. Although he has more hobbies than he likes to admit, you can usually find him out on the slopes all winter, and in the summer he splits his free time between mountain biking on the world famous Park City trails, and wakeboarding on the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir. Jonathan was raised on real estate. He has been involved in all aspects, from planning and new construction, to buying and selling, and even flipping houses and acquiring rental properties. Jonathan uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue.
