Jonathan epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jonathan grew up in the Midwest and developed his work ethic early in life; at the age of 12 he bought a newspaper route and quickly grew the customer base from 30 households to over 50. As a teenager he played a key part in his family’s real estate investment business doing renovations, property flips, and care taking. Jonathan went on to get his bachelors degree in Business Administration and started a leasing and property management company while in school to help him pay for his education. Jonathan moved to Park City to enjoy everything that the mountains had to offer. When Jonathan isn’t writing contracts and showing homes, he loves to explore Utah. Although he has more hobbies than he likes to admit, you can usually find him out on the slopes all winter, and in the summer he splits his free time between mountain biking on the world famous Park City trails, and wakeboarding on the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir. Jonathan was raised on real estate. He has been involved in all aspects, from planning and new construction, to buying and selling, and even flipping houses and acquiring rental properties. Jonathan uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue. Jonathan also knows how important communication is and will be there every step of the way from the first phone call all the way to the closing.

Real Estate has been part of my life for 25+ years. I remember in 1989 when my father explained to me what a recession was and why he was buying homes, fixing them and either renting them out or selling them. He saw potential in areas before they became a boom for others. I learned how to spot an investment that was looked down upon from others and turn it into a positive cash flow. My experiences range from all aspects of Real Estate as I pushed myself into opportunities such as loan processing, managing a construction office, underwriting, incorporating and managing the first Sotheby's west coast office and opening other branches successfully. Property management, and owning and managing a New Jersey and California appraisal management company. Throughout this process I have assisted myself and my clients in purchasing and selling their homes to their full potential. My number one priority is not just closing a deal, its assisting my clients in leveling up their lives for today and tomorrow. We must realize that Real Estate has a cycle and the key is riding the cycle and finding your niche.
