I am the Founder and President of CasaInvests Capital Group, as well as the Co-Founder and President of C&C Capital Group. I began investing in Real Estate in 2016 while on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. I acquired properties in New York, North Carolina, Florida, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Georgia and Oklahoma and have experienced exponential growth on a year to year basis. With 10 units currently owned at a market value of over $1M+, I am proof that a relentless work ethic and unwavering determination is an undeniable blueprint to success. I was born & raised in Queens, NY and currently attend Baruch College in Manhattan, majoring in Real Estate. I brought my Real Estate career back to New York in 2022 when I joined The Goldbar Real Estate Team as an agent. Using my knowledge of Real Estate, I am able to assist my investor clients thoroughly by underwriting the properties along with them if they wanted a second opinion. If they are completely new to investing and just want to learn how I look for properties, I have held Zoom calls and gone through everything I know at the tempo that fits their comfort level. This is a relationship business and I don't push people aside for a quick buck. I look to provide my clients with unmatched attention to detail and top class service.

BEST INVESTOR REALTOR in Omaha Metro !! From Omaha originally and have had lots of success finding the best ways to invest here. I've flipped over 70 properties (with my own money at risk) and continue to add to a rental portfolio. To date, I've helped dozens of investors and landlords make more money in the real estate industry because I truly enjoy what I do. I started flipping houses in Denver in early 2000's - the 1st dot.com boom. My best friend and I both had "day jobs", but worked together to get things done. We typically would get off at 5, go change clothes and work on a property until about 10pm. Then we went to bar for dinner/drinks. We repeated this 5 days a week and lots of time on the weekends. That passion helped us successfully flips dozens of properties all for profit. Some of the units we did keep as rentals. In about 2005, my family called on me to move back to Omaha. I sold off everything I had in Denver and moved in with my folks (for a short time). Karma was great to me. The market crashed in Denver and there was a dip in prices in the Omaha market. The cash I had went about 4 times farther in Omaha and I started to acquire multiple properties - some to flip and some to rent. I should have went full time at that moment, but decided to work for local financial institutions (small bank and credit union). Eventually I had to go into real estate full time. As most people will tell you, "I should have done it sooner." Now as a full time real estate investor agent, I see deals almost every day. My goal is to help people get started the right way in this industry and continue to help client grow. To be successful you need to have a support group of like minded individuals. In addition, I have built a network of contractors, agents, management, etc to help offset the daily needs places on owning ~ 50 rental units.
