I have an ambition and passion for real estate, but more importantly I have a desire to help others; both as an agent and as a real estate investor. I have been investing in real estate since 2003. I currently own one property in Florida and have seven rental units in Maryland. For the properties I self-manage I provide a level of customer service that makes them appreciate and care for the place as if it is their home. I bring that same customer service to my clients finding innovative ways to get them the best possible deal. I grew up in Colorado taking advantage of the sun and the great outdoors. After graduating with a Bachelors and Masters degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado, I moved to San Diego for 9 years. I then moved to Anne Arundel County, Maryland in 2009 before spending a short time in England, where I met my wife. I moved back to Crownsville in 2019 with a new family consisting of two teenage step-boys, a newborn girl with Down Syndrome, and a retired police dog. In my spare time I continue to invest in real estate by fixing up properties and turning them into rentals. I like to hike, golf, spend time with friends, and not to mention some quiet time to relax by myself in the hot tub.
