Light rail is coming and it does have an effect on property values. This class will discuss light rail from a high level benefits perspective for society and property values. The most important part though will be is what will happen in the future? A special focus will be on the upcoming West line. We will do an in depth analysis on a specific neighborhood, Eibor.
