Hi, new here, and new to new construction REOs, but hoping to get some great advice. First, I'm wondering what you all think about my sites.

Please note, all the Communities (7) have their own URLs that we use for Ads/Marketing. The URL above is "My" site, whereas the individual Communities are focused on the Lots and Homes of the builder.

I'm getting some work done at the end of the month, curious if you all have anything to recommend.

I want to add giving "valuable reports" for prospects email...what's the best way to impliment that?

Thank you for the information. My consultant said something very similar and I am working on that. It needs to be more clear we are selling homes as soon as the page opens. I added the Picasa slide show that helped a bit, and will be making some further changes soon..

Also, our web developer is making a place in the "back-end" for us to edit the page "Title" "Description" and enter "Keywords" for each development.

We are also adding the ability for web site visitors to get a newsletter from the Builder, or another valuable "Report" depending on the development, in exchange for their email.
