I made a quick video critique for you. :)

There are some things I missed (ie making bullets more emotional, benefit driven, knowing your customer avatar better, etc)...but I think this should give you a nice start:

I like what the site had to offer Nick. It's flashy and easy to use. My advice to improve the site would be to provide a more visible link for investors and your "employment opportunities" section. Prospects have to actively search and find the small links on the bottom of the page. I don't think that's a good thing.
