After reading Crush It! I decided I am going to create a video blog style site that I will use to connect to people.

The site will cover have regular articles/blogs but will mainly feature videos. I've got some really great ideas that I can't wait to share with everyone.

What I need to do is figure out a name for it. The theme will obviously be real estate related, I don't want to focus on any one strategy although I really only focus on Short Sales and Subject2's. I plan on having guests/contributors that will help out with other strategies.

It's got to be a domain name that is easy to remember by new and seasoned investors, something with TV.com on it.

So whatcha got?

ok, so I could some more ideas guys!

This site is going to be like nothing else out there, it's going to be 90% video and 10% standard blog.

I'm going to really upset a lot of the gurus out there by giving actual content without any upsells.

Topics that I have experience with I'll cover in the greatest detail step by step. Topics that I'm not familiar with but I know you the viewers want, I'll do video interviews with proven, successful and currently active investors that will be required to give amazing content and no sales pitches.

I'm thinking of some other cool things like book review Thursdays and whiteboard Fridays and maybe deal review Mondays. Things that will really be helpful to both new and seasoned investors.

I'm looking for a blog theme that will fit best for my video-blog and I found this one: http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/eVid/ but need your opinion. I'm not sure whether I want to get all fancy schmancy with a theme or just keep it simple with a standard blog set up. I want it to stay simple, easy to navigate and attention grabbing.

Any thoughts? Do you know of a wordpress theme you like that you think would make for a great video-blog site?

Also, I could still use some help with the name. Motiv8tdTV.com is starting to grow on me but I'd like to see if anyone else has any ideas. I saw that REITube.com was for sale and thought that was a pretty cool name.

holy cow!!

I just checked reitv.com and saw it was for sale so I checked it out to put a bid on it and it said the asking price was $50k !!!!

ya right! good luck with that one. I'm still on a search for the right site name. No way I'm paying anything close to $50k
