Squatter issues
TO make a long story short, i jsut took over a listing froma Realtor who was fed up wiht the process. Sellers legally evicted tenant, however the tenant somehow got utilities turned on in his name, busted the locks and moved back in while the previous Realtor was negotiating teh short sale. The sellers dont want to pay to evict the tenant again. I just took over the sale, and i now need access to the property for the Lender to do appraisal. Any thoughts on what i can do.
