I have been working with the Short Sale Dept of M&T now for 3 months. For the last month They keep telling me they are waiting of a signature approval from HUD. I never get replies when leaving messages and when I finally got someone and asked for this to escalated to a Manager they promised it would happen. four days and counting and no calls back from anyone. The short sale offer was 10-15,000 below what is owed on the loan. IF it goes into foreclosure the loss will be 60,000 due to updates needed. No one cares. Anyone have a solution?
