Depending on what part of the country your in, most of the information on homeowner in Foreclosure can be found at your local county court house. If your lucky some state have internet site that give you all that information.

Those national services tend to have very dated information. In many areas, there is a local service that just covers a small area and will get you the notices right after they're filed. Go to your local REIA or otherwise find nearby investors and ask around. |
