There have been several posts over the last few months regarding Realtors and if they are worth the commissions they earn. I just posted a blog detailing a recent back to back short sale that addresses this. It's titled "Two Sides to a Back to Back Short Sale Closing". In this particular instance, the Realtor was well worth the commission. I will be posting a second part to this blog in a few days about the Title Company and the important role they play.
For successful back to back short sale closings, you really need to have a knowledgable, well-oiled team in place. Investor, Negotiator, Realtor, and Title Company. If any part breaks down, you can have a disaster.
