Best Business Structure with Private Investor for Buy/Build/Sell Projects?
Hello,
I am fairly new to the forum and to RE, though I have worked on the periphery in the past.
I am starting a business where I will buy vacant lots, build and sell. I have a private investor who will provide the equity and I will manage the business/projects. We will split profits 50/50.
My question for anyone who has/had this type of arrangement is what is the best way to structure the business? LLC? Inc? LP? Other?
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
