FHA and LLC
I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'll post anyways.
I purchased a Fourplex in 2014 with an FHA loan under my name. Now I'm thinking of wanting to transfer or change title to an LLC for asset protection.
Will I have any issues by doing this?
Has anyone here in BP ever done this process? It would be nice if you can share your experience.
I want to make sure I do this process without running into problems later. Thanks
