Can Someone Refer Private Investor or Hard-Money Lender

I'm in Atlanta, GA. I'm a realtor and investor. Looking for a Private Equity Partner. Like many cities, there are tons are great deals in the ATL area, many 25 - 35% of MV. Deals primary in the $25 - $55K area.

Also would like to know if anyone know of any Hard Money Lenders who are willing to lend strictly from the deal and not personal credit.

My Google search of the company brought up credit card company. Do they fund in Indiana? Please give some specific contact info if they do. Thanks.

Sorry but we only lend in the Atlanta area.

Your best bet for finding a hard money lender in Indianapolis is to contact the local REIA group.
