Hard Money Lender that funds Double Closings

Does anyone know of a Hard Money Lender(preferably in Florida) that will fund a Double Closing? I have a End buyer that I will be closing with on the B to C side of closing but my Title Company said that my buyer needs to find a Hard Money Lender that funds flips. Can someone refer me to one? Thanks.

Check with Will at Nationwide Prop Invstments. You should be able to find him here.

I spoke to him day before yesterday and he can do the tougher transactional funding flips for A to B buyers.

If you need a hard money list I can provide that as well.

If you have any additional questions, fel free to email me.

Rich and I provide transactional funding for any deal in any state which has an end buyer already contracted, we do not provide hard money loans or rehab loans.

In fact, when this Nick J became my colleague, Nick J from AZ emailed me adn stated he didn't know that he and I had JUST became colleagues :)
So this stuff is even confusing to the Nicks.
