Hello,
I'm a rehab-er in Rhode Island who is looking for a private money lender looking to invest. There are a number of properties I have been looking at which are all in foreclosure and all under $50K. The properties are single family's and are in decent areas. Properties need no more then $20K in improvements and should sell easily to first time home buyers. My Credit and FICO score are over 700 and I have never been late on my mortgage payments. I see you are active in Prov with some multis under your belt. How is business?

I hear there are some great opportunities up there but I have yet to venture that far. I'm currently looking in Warwick area.

I have a private money guy in Bristol and an investor in prov as well as some good agents & lawyers down here.
