I am looking for an investor of up to approximately $130,000 for the purchase and rehab of SFR homes for cash. The homes will be rehabbed and sold quickly-2 months max.

I am in the Northwest suburbs of Illinois and I am looking at homes in the Dupage/ Cook area ranging in price from $80-110. The resale of these homes range from $180-220k

I am looking for the investor to put up the cash for the purchase and rehab, I will find the properties, inspect them, make the offer, get the deals done, manage the rehab, list the property for re-sale, handle the offers and get the deal done again. The net profits will be split 50/50.

I'm surprised you didn't get any responses to this. I'm trying to do the same thing in the same area as you. I was wondering if you could send me a colleague request since I can't because some haven't accepted mine yet? Did you ever find an investor?
