Its me again, you just thought you had heard the last of me!

Hey all, long time no chat. I hope all of you are well and prospering. I have been busy with work, kids, you name it. And now I am back " with my hand out" . I have been working on the drug and alcohol rehab. I am in need of financing to purchase a 30 unit hotel/motel. It is located in Eureka Springs Arkansas. I can use it for the rehab without doing any changes to the building. It is the perfect location. It consists of two buildings. The front is a hotel which is great for the residential rehab and the back building is a motel type which is perfect for transitional living. It is located on 5 and a half acres and is in the city limits. The purchase price is $1,000,000. I am in talks with a new partner on the rehab. We are going to meet on the 19th for discussions. He is well known in the state and has worked in this buisness for years. He has started numerours drug courts, rehabs, after care housing, etc. I am so excited!!!! If someone could please help me find financing I would greatly appreciate it.

Ok, Robert, after getting a less than tactful PM from you regarding my " begging" for money, I will call you to task on the forum. You got something to offer someone, use the PM feature or the Forum itself. Some of us don't like our phone numbers out there for the world to see. If it's not worth your effort to first engage with me by something other than phone, then obviously my business isn't important enough for you and I'll take it elsewhere.

Sorry moderators if this is out of line but who knows how many people have been so lucky to get such a nice PM...

Robert - The reason we have this site is so people can communicate. No one MUST put a phone number in their profile. Please also note that posting in ALL-CAPS is considered shouting and is extremely rude when used online. As for tbone's post, I'll address that by PM to both of you.

This Robert guy left me a pretty crappy PM also, I only sent him an invitation to a group I created here on BP b/c we are colleagues. How do I remove someone from my colleague list?
