I'm looking for people wanting to make 6%-10% on their money with up to a 25% sweetener.
As a clarification of what I am offering here is my proposal. If I need $4,000 as the down payment of a property I will borrow $4,000 but make payments as if I borrowed $5,000, this way my investor(s) get their 6-10% and then another $1,000 on top of that (depending on what is negotiated. I get the money I need and the lender gets his income plus a little. Some deals I purchase with the intent to sale I will also throw in 25% of my profit to the lender if they want to go into those with me. If anyone is interested please let me know and we can start negotiations.
