i would like to know if anyone is having any success out there in obtaining any kind of permanent mortgage financing by collateralizing multiple single family homes in a bundle. i am looking for names of lenders that might be interested in this type of scenario. We are talking about full doc, excellent credit, fully occupied, suburban homes @ 60% LTV. would appreciate anyone's help.

What area are the homes in?

Have you looked at commercial lending though local banks?

How long have you owned these?
