I am looking for a private money to purchase a real estate deal in Oregon. I have a 3 bedroom 2 full bath 1260 sq. ft home sitting on 2 acres of land valued by the county at $405K. I need $320K to purchase this property. I am willing to pay your 320K+8% in 6 months. The property currently has a renter who I am working with to purchase the property in 6 months or less. I cannot obtain regular financing at this time due to some credit issues.

Another option is to borrow $40,000.00 @15% interest. I will make interest only payments of $500.00 per month for 6 months or less. I will pay you $40,000.00+15% at the end of 6 months..please let me know if anyone can help me.
