We can do hard money in South East Michigan. Call us at [REMOVED] or e-mail me at [REMOVED] - I can send you complete details.
Bridgit - I would prefer to flip but am prepared to hold
Shane,
Take a look at my website for funds to flip properties. Also you can send me an email or call me with questions.
Bridget
that mlm flip funding program has been posted on this board 3,000 times by tons of people already.
you're kinda late
Yeah, looks like a joke, they could have at least hired a decent web designer lol
Jason,
Its not an MLM program. I use these same funds to flip my properties all the time. Why does everyone think its an MLM? I make much more money closing my deals than having someone sign up. Plus the person here posted looking for money to flip properties. Its relevant.
The link in my sig goes to a site that can assist you with Hard Money in Michigan.
They are Hard Money Loans based on After Repair Value. They require some credit and skin, but it's still one of the most aggressive programs in today's market allowing you to roll in rehab, closing costs etc..
Michael - Checked out the site, looks like a complete template from an MLM scam! I'm not saying it IS one, for that I will ask the community for their opinion.
Are you an owner or some kind of representative for this company? I do understand how ARV works, but how is this company aggressive comparatively?
My credit is 720+ so I'm not worried there from the myfico website.
Shane,
I don't know what MLM you are referring to, as I have never seen an MLM that revolved around Hard Money Programs. If you know of one, please show it to me so I have something to be different than?
First of all I am a mortgage broker, and have been for 3+ years. I have been assisting investors and homeowners with purchase money mortgages and refinancing since well before the bubble burst.
My brother and myself created the website from scratch. I know its painfully obvious to anyone who knows about web design that its rudimentary at best. We are getting better actually, about 2 weeks ago it had NO PICTURES, LOL.
The reason we did this was because we recognized there's a major need in the marketplace that we could fill. Since the site was created, we have assisted over 30 people with Hard Money Loans for their rehab projects. We created the site in December of 2008!
Now please do let me know what MLM scam you are speaking of, so that we can re-design our site to not look like that at all! I am going to go crazy trying to figure out what you are talking about otherwise.
Michael - well I have to admit that you aren't responding like a typical MLM person, if you browse the forums a bit more you will start to see them. They also typically have under 10 posts because their main purpose of setting up an account is to spam their mlm product (usually a software program or cd of some sort), hence my suspicion of you!
Here is a thread with an MLM link:
Low Cost Funding for Flip Transactions - 1% plus $300 fee
I'd stay away from the graphics with money in them (house made of money, etc). I became instantly suspicious.
Also, no business address on the contact us page, very shady! No phone number either!
Shane,
Michael is not marketing for the note buying program which is what you are referencing. He is marketing Brookview Financials HML rehab program. You can use him, me, any other broker to help refer you over to to Brookview or simply go directly to them yourself.
The note buying program you've mentioned is not a bad tool if you completely understand it.
Nope. No MLM here buddy. I will consider having the pictures changed though, thanks for the input there.
I looked at the site you made an example of there, and I have seen that template around as well. I guess someone is selling it to other people as a business opportunity. That is not I am doing. Those are transactional funds for double closings.
Depending on your location and qualifications, we broker Investor Rehab loans to lenders like Brookview. We determine where your loan ends up depending on your location, the properties location, and your qualifications.
That being said, I would like to close by saying the only MLM I was ever involved with was Amway. And I would have done great if my downline hadn't of ran out of their warm market. LOL
