DEAR ABBY ADVICE NEEDED HERE: As a note consultant, I'm new to the business -- though I've been a corporate training consultant and note holder for several years. Which leads get the best results -- NOTE DEALS THAT ARE SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED? I'm willing to pay for reliable leads. (I'm sending postcards to court house leads now.) I heard that it's a good idea to network with successful foreclosure investors. How do I go about finding these investors, especially locally (Denver, CO)? Thanks, in advance for all your help. court house cards are sometimes hard if you look on your state website you can get all the note leads you will need.

As im sure about 10,00 people are about to post, go to your local REI club and meet some people there, you are usually bound to find at least 1 person who can help you in your local area one way or another.
