Here is a little summary. We have support from the town and officials. We have all necessary approvals. We have national tenants who are signed on who will rent out space, we have a large piece of land that we are looking to develop into a huge shopping center. We just need some more capital to begin development, we need a few thousand dollars now, but can use up to $4.5 million. The NOI is very high, and we expect a high cap rate. Feel free to ask questions. I'm sorry if some of this is vague, I'm not giving out all the details until have interested parties and I'm talking to them directly.

It is located in NY, the city I will not specify yet, but there is no competition for the tenants who would be coming in. I'm responsible for finding an investor for this project. I believe everything is lined up, just need an investor to help push along the process.
