Short sale was approved by the bank. Current value $1,700,000. Property sold for $2,700,000 2 years ago. Excellent credit scores +760.

Do you have a hard money loan available for 80% LTV or could you please refer names of companies that do. Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't think you're going to find any legit HML that will give you 80% LTV on a property. Especially this size.

I don't think you're going to find any legit HML that will give you 80% LTV on a property. Especially this size.


Nope...I haven't seen any in my 15 yrs at this biz. Loan amount isn't the issue, its the LTV. One question for you is can you cross collateralize other properties in your RE portfolio? If so its the way to go!
