There are courses on the internet that are supposed to teach you how to find individuals that are willing to lend you money to close deals but the courses are from $60 - $200 or more then the course has to be mailed to you.I don't want to wait 5-7 days to get a course and then be disappointed.

Can anyone tell me specifically how I can find these type of people? I've been looking all day.
