Hi, I'm looking for lenders for property investments, asap. All of my paperwork is order, I have a good credit score, and I have money for a down payment if needed. The only thing is I'm contracted in other countries so my tax returns do not show exactly how much I make. If there are people who think they can fund deals for me, let me know. Thanks!

Kellen, I believe the way you're explaining your situation is a bit confusing. Are you looking for a conventional, bank loan or are you looking for hard money to do this purchase. Your employment situation would certainly impact a conventional loan, but as long as you can show proof of funds to purchase (most hard money lenders do not want to see your personal cash flow) there are hard money lenders who will work with you. If you want help funding your projects with hard money, please contact me.
