Hello,
I am new to investing and looking for investor or hard money lenders in the Chicago,il area. I want to buy reo's and flip, but I hear you cant wholesale reo's? it this true or is there ways around it? also looking for investors group in Chicago,il area or Elgin,Il area

Dewayne, I am a hard money mortgage broker. To answer your question, you can purchase reo's and then turn around and sell them to other investors. The question becomes how these Buyers are going to fund the purchase. If they use their own money or use a private or hard money lender, then there are no regs to deal with (in terms of the question your asking). There is no rule that says you can't flip to other investors. And, please contact me for information on obtaining funds for your projects.
