Transactional Funding

I plan on using Coastal Funding for my double closings, Has anyone here ever used them? Just want to make sure they are all good to deal with. If not can someone refer me to a legit company, thanks!

Teri, look up at the very top, under your name, and you will find a "search box".

Put "Coastal Funding" in paranthesis as I have here and hit the search button. Scroll down to the posts and open them.

You can evaluate for yourself what you find there.

As for another company I will have to allow others to reply to that.

Thanks, I did the search and most of the replies were from the company itself but I did run into a couple it said they used them with no problems. Anyone happen to know of any other flash funders?

there is also, http://www.oldschooltitle.com, I do not have direct experience with them, but they seem to know what they are talking about, and they seem like a one stop shop, handling the title/escrow work as well, if necessary.

Coastal funding will only do specific transactional funding deals (same title company, funds not released bvefore end buyers funds, back to back only, etc.) Rich and I have the same rates yet we offer more services and options, plus we get it done as we are investors ourselves.

Plus, we are top BP Nation members, shouldn't you support other members here who contribute to the site rather than some "other" company!

My rates for transactional funding are great! I will do 24-48 deals for 1.75%! If you agree to close with my real estate attorney, I am offering 1.5%! That will save me from doing some DD. I also offer Down Payment Assistance, and can provide earnest money for 30 day transactions as well. I always have access to several million dollars!
