Hello all- I am seeking a RE partner with "some" funds available- to go in on a few deals with. I have a number of deals teetering on the edge but need a little help to keep the cashflow OK especially during the early rehab time periods. For instance, if someone had about $5000 to work with I have the deal and the manpower for 2 separate deals in Maine with very good built in equity. Multifamilies.
