Hello,
I have a property and I need financing.
Property located in Atlanta, GA. 136 units multifamily apartment after full rehab. Right now occupancy more then 80%, but they can't provide financial s for last two years, because at that time property went throw renovation. Purchase price is $5.850mln. Seller is willing hold second for one year. He will hold 20% of the purchase price. Who can do loan for me?

I may be able to help you finance your multi-family.

I sent you a PM to tell you what I need to proceed.
We are primarily buyers of seller financed notes, but we also make loans and have lender resources to finance various deals.
Mostly we need lots more information to proceed

Mario, As part of this transaction, besides due diligence and closing costs, are you putting any of your own money into this? With the right info on rent rolls and any income-expense documentation, this may be a doable loan. However, the lenders I work with want the borrower to have his own money into the transation. I'd be happy to discuss this transaction with you. Please contact me.
