Non Real Estate Deal.
*** in need of immediate funding of US$500,000 for glove production to produce up to 3,000 pairs of our state of the art synthetic barrier technology surgical gloves within one month. At which time, I they willbe handed over to our FDA regulatory representative to process them for the required FDA 510(k) approval process. Once the regulatory individual submits the five gloves (3000 pairs) and the first synthetic glove already approved for a total of six new surgical gloves to the FDA, they will issue a letter to *** with the assigned FDA 510(k) approval numbers allowing me to present them to the president of Amerinet for a prearranged meeting later in the second half of August 2009.
*** will present all six FDA 510(k) letters at the meeting in late August to the president of Amerinet for contract consideration which is a requirement before any hospital buying group can issue a glove contract. *** management team has had prior working experience with the president of Amerinet and their glove contract alone was valued at US$30,000,000 three years ago and now Amerinet wants to become 100% synthetic! Amerinet is the second largest hospital buy group within the US medical market.
The FDA approval letters will also enable *** to seek glove contracts with Premier, Novation, Kaiser, MedAssets and HealthTrust later this year.
*** will return the US$500,000 within six months from the US$12,000,000 raised by *** with an additional 30% or US$150,000.
This is a deal I am working with a partner on, the monies would be needed immediately.
