Aug 13 '09, 07:50 AMI am trying to make a deal on a 3 bed property in Wabash. It is a bank owned foreclosure listed at less than 50% of value. So I have to have proof of funds to even make an offer. The house will need some quick roof work and some ceiling tiles replaced in the kitchen, also it will need appliances to get it rented.
I have the money for the appliances and the roof/ceiling work.
I would like to have 2 to 3 years to refinance this home with a bank mortgage. I would be willing to do monthly payments or compound the interest monthly over the 24 to 36 months and give you a balloon payment when I refinance. I am also open to other suggestions. An one out there that will work with this small amount of money? There may be 2 or 3 more of these coming up real soon if I had the funding available.
