I am looking for private money investors for the refi of 2 multifamily properties located in Houston,TX.
Both multifamily properties combined will need about $1mm for the refi. Both properties are stabilized and 100 percent occupied, Owner has a credit score of high 600's to low 700's. The money will be used for about 12-24 months. Interest rate is negotiable.
