What is your plan, style of investing? How long will you need funding? What amounts of funding are you looking for? What are you expecting to pay?

I agree with all the other posts. I can't tell if you'relooking for short term, longer term, 1 day trm or what. There are many on here that would loan on the right deal and terms. I'm one of them Rich from airport in Slat Lake City.

Since you didn't indicate whether this is an REO property, have you considered using a contract assignment? I didn't hear anyone else mention that.
