I am a new poster and am looking for any assistance that is available.

I currently have a portfolio of 6 single family homes in the Atlanta, GA area that I would like to refinance and take title to in the name of my LLC either as an entire portfolio or individually to free up some capacity to continue to use conventional financing on my future acquisitions. I am currently looking for financing with up to a LTV of 80% on my portfolio with has a DCR of 3.61 due to the amount of capital currently invested. With financing I would like to keep the DCR around 1.5. The present market value of the portfolio is approximately $775000. I can provide any supporting documents that are needed.

Does anyone know of a company that can provide either a blanket/portfolio loan or individual SFRs in a commercial loan in the Atlanta area?
