Additionally, with an empty profile, no company information, and no other participation on the site, can you see how others may not take you seriously yet? For this type of a Loan....you may be looking at a Loan LTV of around 65%.....is Your Buying Source prepared for the Down Payment needed? Even with a Partner, any Lending Source is still going to be looking for some money directly from your Buyer....IE minimum of 10% cash injection into the deal. The DSCR for the property should be at least 1.2+ before any Lender would consider the Loan.
