I am looking for an investor of up to approximately $100,000 for the purchase and rehab of SFR bank owned homes for cash. The homes will be rehabbed and then re-sold at or below the low end of current retail prices.
I am in the Southeast Michigan suburbs and I am looking at homes in the Western suburbs of Detroit that are bank owned and priced at $20K to $80K that need an average rehab of $10K-20K, with a resale price of $70K to $130K, depending on the city.
The investor would put up the cash for the purchase and rehab, I will find the properties, check them out, make the offer, get the deal closed, manage the rehab, list the property for re-sale, handle the offers and get the deal closed. We will split the net profits 50/50, the average profit will be 20K-40K.
