Coastal charges 2 points and always have. If the transaction is 125k or less then it is a flat fee of 2500.00.

There are many transactional funders out there these days and while price is important, service, options and the ability to be flexible should be part of your decision choosing between companies offering these services.
Coastal does not have any options other than closing at same title company or a standard back to back clsoing. No options for longer terms either.

Folks, let me jump in here. I have used transactional funding for a very long time. Now we are able to utilize another source.

But- you all really need to check out Will and his funding. He has an offer that you really should look into. He is probably the most flexible that I have ever seen.

If I did not have another situation allready in place- Will would be my funding!

Plus you will always know where to find him. He never leaves this site for very long.
