I am new to this site, and have been reading the many posts and replies. It's great to see so many discussing and exchanging ideas on this site.

I am working on two commercial deals, and have run short of money. I am looking for short-term $10K and will pay $500 per month. I am buying a commercial property and need additional funds to get to closing. The funds can be secured with other property that I own, and will be repaid shortly after closing. Hello Everyone, Happy New Year to all!

Does anyone know a source for a short-term $10,000 loan? I still need help with this deal, and can't use my credit cards because I'll show too much debt on my credit report when the lender runs my credit prior to closing. I've been approved for the financing, but need an additional $10K to get to closing. I just need help until mid February and then I will return the funds. You name the terms.

I am fully committed to this deal, and failure is just not an option. I've learned in life not to take no for an answer; you must keep pushing until you create the opportunity you envisioned. So, I will just keep knocking on doors until one opens.
