We are a townhome and four-plex builder in San Antonio, Tx. We have two developments under way. They are large communties with one having almost 400 units. We are looking for additonal funding and will explore all options. Looking for private money, hard money loans, debt or equity financing. Thank you.

We have possibly 3 programs that may help you depending on the details. One is a Builder Bailout program for completed properties with some equity. Another is a Joint Venture Project Funding starting at $2m, 100% funding with a 60%/40% split. Also, another program for large projects. Maybe a combination of 2 of them may be possible. Hi, are these rentals or for retail? WHat is the price range of your development?
If you are interested in doing low/mod developments I suggest you contact the San Antonio PHA. They have a great PHA and it's more progressive than many others. You can contact me for details if this interests you. You could build them for them or another investor. Bill
