I have a joint venture financing project for your consideration, to see if it fits your parameters:

The sponsor purchases income-producing properties,
hotels and sfr homes nationwide that they buy and
hold. They work primarily with their lease purchase
program for the homes they purchase and renovate. They have
a new project available.


They are looking for investors looking to joint
venture partner or venture capital investment for 10% up to
40% ROI positions with them on their real estate deals. They are in need of $10,000,000 to secure financing for several development projects
It can be done in the trust account of your choice and it
does not have to be used in anyway. They will set up
with them as signor only. The client's cash account
is never at risk. This account will not be blocked,
encumbered, restricted, moved, or transferred at any time.
In return they will be paid 10% up to 40% per month to them from
the financing proceeds for the real estate deals each
month.

Available the joint venture agreement that outlines the terms & details of the project.

Also avaialble are copies of the executive summaries of the investment/development projects they are involved in, as well
as the borrower's credit history and a copy of the signed escrow agreement.
