I am just curious if anyone has any lender resources to leverage against Senior Life Settlements. I have a partner who is willing to pledge a Life Settlement Policy for the collateral (assigning beneficial interest) in the policy, the term would be 60 days, the value of the policy is $10.0 million with very reasonable premiums. All documents are in order.
