I'm looking for a private funding partner for the purchase of a vacant car dealership here in central fl close to beaches and gulf to renevate into an inside rv/ motorhome boat storage etc. There is enough room to be very creative. If I was able to by at 60/70 cents on the dollar and pay 8% back to lender and 35% interest in the enterprise for 5yrs would I have anyone interested? This is after all duediligence is done and as allways everything is up for negotiations. Thanks guys!!
