I am looking for private money partners to help with buying REOs/ short sales in central Florida. I have 2 current projects:
1. REO purchase price of $60K, $5K repairs and carrying costs, ARV of $95-100K.
2. MLS listed with RE agent, I have offered $55K, will need 10K for repairs and will resell for $95K
I am willing to pay 8% interest and 25% of profit.
