All rentals cash flow at least $200/mo. after pmt., taxes, ins.
All investors have at least a 680 credit score.
They are purchasing the properties @ 70% of appraisal.
I have deeded properties to each investor.
What we are seeking:
Refinance at 75% of appraisal.
Up to 4 per investor @ 680 score, 10 @ 720 score.
What we are offering:
$1,000 per deal, just for the referrals.
A contract with you for future deals at $1,000 per deal.
