I have a group of investors seeking $9,000,000 for residential fix & flip projects. The average turnaround time is 3-4 months until properties are rehabbed & sold. The investors are very transparent and are providing a 2 day all expense paid trip to Las Vegas, NV in order for the interested lender to perform thorough due diligence on their projects in person. normally, I wouldn't be so quick to jump in on the blast this guy bandwagon but damn!! how do you get such negative influence with only 24 post???

For a loan that large there are really only a few players. You might want to try Scotsman Guide and plug in your parameters on their interactive matrix. The lenders spend lots of money to be listed in Scotsman Guide so they are serious. Good luck and let me know if it works for you.
